He once struggled to make exercise a mainstay in his life but when he found a formula that worked for him and the positive impact it could have on his wellbeing and happiness he wanted to help others discover it too.

A Qualified Coach

Charles is a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in functional training.

He enjoys a mix of gym, home and outdoor workouts which gives him a perfect mix of training variety and flexibility, something he feels others can enjoy too.

After a successful career in advertising, he quit the everyday rat race to follow his passion for seeing people grow through movement and exercise.

With over 15 years of experience in professional services and coaching environments creating systems and implementing processes he’s in a perfect position to help others realise their goals.

This means our clients can be prepared for their everyday life, whether that’s climbing the stairs, playing with their kids or counterbalancing the effects of sitting in a chair for 35+ hours a week.

Training focuses on three pillars;

Mobility, Cardio and Resistance

Training.

  • Mobility

    Functional fitness helps to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, muscle strength, and agility. All of these components will leave you more mobile, which in turn helps with your day-to-day life.

    In our sessions we’ll work on your mobility and flexibility which helps correct the muscle imbalances in your body which further decreases your chances of injury.

  • Cardio

    Aerobic exercise is about raising your heart rate through typical activities like running, cycling or swimming.

    Having an aerobic element to your fitness programme is key as it will help build endurance for training and your everyday activities.

    In our session cardio will also include training circuits and increasing pace/tempo of your workouts.

  • Resistance

    Resistance or strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. It can help enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities.

    In our sessions we’ll focus on executing all exercises with the correct form, once we perfect form we can start adding further resistance in the form of weight, difficulty and speed.
